Before Amazon.com sold its first book, we were selling stamping and scrapbooking products on the Internet. Today, over a decade later, we have become America's leading online rubber stamping, crafts, and scrapbooking store. How did this happen?
Our founder set some pretty simple rules that seem to work: Everything you see on our web site is in stock. Everything ships really fast. And everything we sell has a "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy. Now these seem basic to us, but if you have shopped online elsewhere you may have waited weeks for your stuff and then found out that you can't send anything back. We get dozens of letters every week from happy customers who are surprised how quickly we ship. And, our 100-day return policy is probably the best in the business.

Our data center is state-of-the art. Your information is not only protected by "Secure Sockets" but it is also armored behind two layers of firewalls. You see, we operate our own data center so that your confidential information isn't shared with an online store "service bureau." We're one of the few online craft stores that doesn't share your purchase data with marketing companies like Yahoo.
Our data center has terabytes of redundant, fault tolerant, hot spare, blinky light data systems. We sweat the details so you don't have to sweat over shopping with us.
