Our Sales Change Frequently

To see our current sales, click here. Our sales change frequently and may last for only a few hours, a few days, or maybe a week. Sometimes we announce sales in advance, but sometimes they just appear on our web site. Unless a sale has an announced ending date it may end at any time spontaneously and without notice.

Signup for our newsletter:

The best way to learn about our sales is to sign up for our newsletter on the home page. We sometimes give our customers who are newsletter subscribers a head start, and sometimes we include a coupon with the newsletter, too!

Coupons:

Sometimes we provide coupons that are good for freebies, discounts and other goodies. (Read your email newsletter as we sometimes tuck one in there!) To redeem a coupon you must place an order with us, and you must enter the coupon code as you go through the checkout process. Of course, some coupons have rules and restrictions that you must comply with (our computer checks.)

You cannot use more than one coupon for the same order. Percent-off coupons provide a discount off the listed Retail price but if the item is already discounted on our site you will be given the better of the two prices.

We are very sorry, but once you finalize an order we cannot add a coupon to it; this is a technical limitation of our system.

Constantly Changing Selection

All of our sales are limited to quantities on hand. When an item is sold out it is automatically removed from our web site. We constantly change our product selection, so there is no assurance that we will ever get this item in again. We don't accept backorders on items nor do we issue "rain checks."

Sale Start And Stop Times:

Usually, sales stop and start at midnight pacific time, but some sales will be different. When a sale ends on a particular announced date it will be valid through midnight in the Pacific Time Zone. The price you pay will be the one in effect at the moment that you finalize your order in the checkout prices. This means that the prices in your shopping cart are not locked-in until you have provided billing information and your order is finalized. We reserve the right to make last minute changes and sometimes we may be a little early or late, so watch the web site for the exact details. Other terms and conditions also apply.

Package Sizes & Weights:

The sizes listed on our web site are usually the product packaging size, such as the wood block for stamps and the box for other items. Sizes are only approximations and are usually rounded to the nearest 1/4 inch. Weights listed are the shipping weights and these include product and order packaging. The actual weight of the products will be less. Products such as powders may be listed in "ounces" and this measurement may be the weight or the volume of the product.

Credit Card Payments:

Your credit card is charged for your order at the time that you finalize it online. We do this so that any payment problems can be resolved immediately and conveniently when you are still online. Because everything that we sell is normally in stock, your order will ship without any backorders.

Changes and Cancelations:

We are sorry, but our systems do not allow us to make any changes to orders once they have been finalized. This is a technical limitation. So we cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment, we cannot add or delete items, and usually we cannot cancel an order. (Sometimes we can cancel an entire order, but this is not always possible.) Please carefully review your order before finalizing it so that you avoid delays or problems.

Errors & Omissions:

It is quite rare, but it does sometimes happen that there is an error, omission, or ambiguity in a published sale or description. When this happens we reserve the right to correct the error or to clarify the description. If you have ordered the item before the correction we may cancel the order and issue you a refund or may make other reasonable adjustments. You may also return any item to us for a full refund. (See our Satisfaction Guarantee.)

It is possible that our inventory records may be in error and that we may not have the item in stock. If this happens, we will automatically issue you a house credit that will be automatically applied to your next order. If you would prefer us to refund this house credit to your credit card we will do so gladly upon request.
