1. Send the item to us, freight prepaid. Click here for our address.

2. Include the invoice or account number. write the invoice or your account number on the outside of your package. If possible, Include the packing slip with the returned items.

3. Tell us why you are returning the item. Include a note indicating the reason for your return. If the item was defective please indicate if you desire a replacement of the same item or a refund. If you desire a replacement of the same item we will ship it to you post-paid. (It will appear as a new order, but we will credit your account equal to the replacement order price.)

Normally, we will issue a house credit so that you can immediately re-use the returned amount towards another purchase. But if you prefer that the amount be refunded back to your credit card then just include a note in the box and we will be happy to do so.

We strongly recommend shipping your parcels using a Delivery Confirmation. You may wish to purchase insurance as you are responsible for delivering packages to us in good condition.

Returned items must be in new and resaleable condition unless they were defective. For example, we will accept rubber stamps back if they are un-inked but once inked they will be accepted if they do not stamp as the manufacturer intended.

You will receive an email message from us within two weeks of when we receive your items indicating the details of your return and the amount of your credit.
